Rules of use

The service is operated by SIA "RIZZ GROUP", registered in Latvia. These terms are the agreement between that company and you.

1. Who you are contracting with

The 4SIGHT product and service are provided by SIA "RIZZ GROUP", a Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību (SIA) with registration number 40203589324, entered in the Latvian Commercial Register (Komercreģistrs) on 18 September 2024. The registered address is Strēlnieku iela 1A-7, Rīga, LV-1010, Latvia. VAT number LV40203589324.

2. What the service is

4SIGHT is a software tool that reads public information about a named brand, person, company, or decision and models how journalists, regulators, competitors, and the public may receive it. The output is a structured report designed to help you prepare, not a statement of fact or a substitute for legal, financial, or professional advice.

• The engine does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or that any simulated risk will materialise.
• A 4SIGHT report is a planning aid. You remain responsible for your own decisions, disclosures, and due diligence.
• We may change, limit, or suspend features as the product evolves.

3. Accounts and access

You need an account to create paid 4Sights. You must keep your login credentials secure and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close an account for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

4. Payment and credits

Fees are shown at checkout before you pay. One-time reports are billed per report or per credit pack. Subscription plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Credits do not expire unless stated otherwise. All prices include VAT where required by Latvian law.

• Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly agree.
• Subscription changes are prorated through our payment provider. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless you choose immediate cancellation.
• If a renewal fails after reasonable retries, the subscription may be paused until payment is restored.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use 4SIGHT to:

• harass, stalk, threaten, or discriminate against any person;
• run a report on someone solely to obtain private, intimate, or special-category data without a lawful basis;
• impersonate another user or misrepresent who is asking the question;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or probe the service beyond ordinary use;
• resell access, share accounts, or otherwise circumvent limits;
• submit content that infringes copyright, breaks law, or violates the rights of others.

When you run a 4SIGHT on a living person, you warrant that you have a lawful basis for doing so and that the request is not disproportionate to the purpose. See the privacy policy for how we handle personal data.

6. Intellectual property

The 4SIGHT software, brand, and generated templates belong to SIA "RIZZ GROUP". The report we deliver to you is licensed to you for your own internal decision-making. You may not resell, republish, or publicly attribute a report to 4SIGHT or RIZZ GROUP without written permission, except that you may share a report internally or with advisers bound by confidentiality.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Latvian law, SIA "RIZZ GROUP" is not liable for indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the service, including any decision you make based on a report. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us for the report or subscription period giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or legal necessity. On closure, your data is handled according to the retention rules in the privacy policy.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email or by a prominent notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
